Ms. Cotton specializes in applying financial and economic analyses in complex finances and securities, valuation, and accounting matters. Her finance and securities case work has included supporting academic and industry experts in various mortgage-backed securities litigations on topics such as servicing, due diligence, underwriting, and appraisals; performing complex financial statement analysis; and providing extensive litigation support in commercial disputes.
