Dr. Tsvetkova specializes in data analysis and visualization in the pharmaceutical/biotech space, with a focus on delayed generic entry, including alleged reverse payment, false advertising, and breach of contract cases. In her work, she focuses on simplifying complicated problems and creating information that is easy for triers of fact to follow. She supports clients and economic and industry experts in navigating all stages of litigation, from fact and expert discovery, to class certification, to trial. Prior to joining Analysis Group, Dr. Tsvetkova worked at an economics consultancy, where she provided litigation support focusing on intellectual property, class action litigation, biosimilars, and medical devices. She has conducted academic research in the agricultural/biotech space and presented research in genetically modified crop seed to attorneys supporting the Bayer divestiture during the Bayer-Monsanto merger.
